The roadmap to 2030 to 2040 to 2050: What does a credible path to net zero look like?

Clock icon 13:00 - 14:00
Over 3,000 businesses have now pledged to reach net-zero GHG emissions by 2050, with more and more announcements by the day. Landmark pledges and public announcements such as these have provided much needed momentum and optimism in the fight against climate change. But how do these pledges translate into action? How must companies adapt practices in the next 10 years? Or next five years? Or next five months?

In this session, we will look at how leading companies have set interim goals and milestones to benchmark performance and stay on track to achieve long term targets. We will assess what a credible roadmap looks like and determine how business can maintain accountability throughout the journey to net zero.
