The transition to a low-carbon economy is no doubt underway and accelerating globally. Every sector in every market will need to be transformed. Leading businesses recognise the opportunity, and the urgency, to be part of the solution. 

Over 170 major global companies have approved Science Based Targets (SBTs) in place and a further 400 or so companies are taking science-based climate action. In this session we’ll look into:

  • How are companies implementing these targets on the ground?
  • Have these targets lead to a visible impact on companies GHG emission reductions?
  • The next steps needed to level of decarbonization required to keep global temperature increase below 2 degrees Celsius
