Cancellation Policy

Places are transferable without any charge. But once you register at the event your pass is strictly for your own use and you shall not reassign, transfer or lend it to any other person whether or not they are employed by the same company.

Cancellations made more than 6 weeks in advance of the conference will incur an administrative charge of 25%. If you cancel your registration within 6 weeks of the conference, we will be obliged to charge the full fee.

All fees for the conference include lunch, refreshments and documentation. Please note that payment must be received before the event.

In the event that Innovation Forum cancels a conference, delegate payments at the date of cancellation will be refunded in full. In the event that Innovation Forum postpones a conference, delegate payments at the postponement date will be credited towards delegate pass(es) for the rescheduled date. 
 
Force Majeure
 
Innovation Forum shall not be liable for any failure of or delay in fulfilling its obligations for the period that such failure or delay is beyond its reasonable control, materially affects the performance of any of its obligations, and could not reasonably have been foreseen or provided against, but will not be excused for failure or delay resulting from only general economic conditions or other general market effects.
 
Method of Payment

Please make sure your payment is received by Innovation Forum in a timely manner. If your payment has not been received before the event, a credit card payment will be required at the time of delegate registering on the day of the conference.

Agenda

Innovation Forum reserves the right to make changes to the program without notice.

Discounts

Early Bird and Group discounts only apply to full price conference passes as advertised on web-based and print literature.
 
IF Virtual Conferences and COVID-19 Update
 
As a result of the current crisis surrounding COVID-19, Innovation Forum will be hosting all conferences which were scheduled to take place between 1st March 2020 and 30th June 2020 via an online platform.  All registrations for conferences scheduled in this period shall be valid for the respective online conference. All delegates will be notified of this change via email. Delegates can notify Innovation Forum within fourteen days of the date of that email if they do not want to receive access to the online conference and the delegate can either receive a refund of the ticket fee or receive a credit note of the value of the ticket fee for future events.  

Innovation Forum is not responsible for any other costs incurred by delegates in relation to each conference. If delegates do not notify Innovation Forum within fourteen days that they would like a refund or credit note, Innovation Forum will not provide a refund for the ticket fee, credit note or any other costs. Innovation Forum’s standard terms and conditions will continue to apply.
